Steve has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Surgical and Sterile Processing Director, Consultant, and Sales Executive focused on the SPD.

Steve has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Surgical and Sterile Processing Director, Consultant, and Sales Executive focused on the SPD. His decades of experience focused on diverse perioperative leadership, consulting, and clinical experience. Steve helps healthcare organizations that are struggling with labor and expertise gaps in their Sterile Processing Departments.
James Boyette
Co-Founder

James has over 20 years’ experience in executive sales, consulting, and training focused on the Sterile Processing and Surgical arena.

James has over 20 years’ experience in executive sales, consulting, and training focused on the Sterile Processing and Surgical arena. His focus is to improve throughput and patient safety through A-List resource, and quality team formation. James’s main area of expertise is developing strategic partnerships with the Sterile Processing and Surgery Departments to help achieve desired outcomes.
Janet Tull, CRCST, CIS, CHL
VP of Clinical Operations

Before joining Moab Healthcare, she served as the UHealth System Executive Director of Sterile Processing at the University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics for six years,

Before joining Moab Healthcare, she served as the UHealth System Executive Director of Sterile Processing at the University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics for six years, overseeing SPD in four hospitals and six clinics. Prior to UM Health, Janet worked two decades in the Tenet South Florida Health System in Sterile Processing management. Janet brings a wealth of industry and operational insights to the Moab Team.

Gitesh has been in the Healthcare Staffing Industry for 15 years. Throughout these years, he has been closely involved with all aspects of operations

Gitesh has been in the Healthcare Staffing Industry for 15 years. Throughout these years, he has been closely involved with all aspects of operations including, but not limited to, Contract Staffing, Direct Hire Placements, Direct & VMS Client Management, ATS operations, etc. He has successfully created, trained, and managed large recruitment teams that handled full-cycle recruitment for Allied & Nursing Staff-to-Executive level professionals. Gitesh has also been a part of the Executive/Leadership team helping in Planning, Implementation, Control, Policy formation, Hiring decisions, and more. He holds a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior from India and an MBA from the University of Texas-Dallas.
Bart Scott, RN
VP of Surgical Services

Prior to taking a consulting role to improve the Sterile Processing Departments, he performed many responsibilities as part of the Surgical Services team

Prior to taking a consulting role to improve the Sterile Processing Departments, he performed many responsibilities as part of the Surgical Services team including Orderly, Schedule Secretary, RN Circulator, Manager, and Director. Most recently Bart represented a large company that services most aspects of the Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and the GI Suite.
Luke Dallas
Director of Marketing and Business Development

Luke began his career as a corporate banker in South Florida at the Citi Latin America Headquarters. He then lived abroad for over four years, working in Marketing and International Business Development roles

Luke began his career as a corporate banker in South Florida at the Citi Latin America Headquarters. He then lived abroad for over four years, working in Marketing and International Business Development roles in software and education in Costa Rica and Colombia. Now residing in Miami once again, Luke Dallas is a bilingual Marketing Director and social media influencer with over a decade of international sales, digital marketing, analytical, and management experience. Luke holds Bachelor's degrees in International Marketing and Foreign Languages from Mississippi State University.

With more than 35 years of healthcare experience in both start-up ventures and global organizations, Sandy is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and the overall growth of the organization.

With more than 35 years of healthcare experience in both start-up ventures and global organizations, Sandy is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and the overall growth of the organization. His expertise includes developing networks, liaisons, and business connections while negotiating joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Before joining Moab Healthcare, he served as Head of the Client Organization at B. E. Smith / AMN Healthcare, the leading healthcare executive search and interim leadership company where he was responsible for marketplace strategies, business development, long-term client relationship management and overall growth. Sandy also served as a Senior Vice President at Mede Analytics and Thomson Reuters.
He held the position of North Atlantic Vice President and General Manager at Cerner, the healthcare industry’s foremost healthcare information technology company and various technical and client-facing roles at Siemens, a leading supplier of services and IT systems for administrative and clinical processes in the industry.
He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
