Janet Tull, CRCST, CIS, CHL

VP of Sterile Processing Solutions

Biography

Before joining Moab Healthcare, she served as the UHealth System Executive Director of Sterile Processing at the University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics for six years, overseeing SPD in four hospitals and six clinics. Prior to UM Health, Janet worked two decades in the Tenet South Florida Health System in Sterile Processing management. Janet brings a wealth of industry and operational insights to the Moab Team.

VP of Client Solutions

Biography

Prior to taking a consulting role to improve the Sterile Processing Departments, he performed many responsibilities as part of the Surgical Services team including Orderly, Schedule Secretary, RN Circulator, Manager, and Director. Most recently Bart represented a large company that services most aspects of the Operating Room, Sterile Processing, and the GI Suite.

Biography

Luke Dallas launched his career at Citi’s Latin America Headquarters in South Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in corporate strategy and international operations. He went on to spend six years living and working throughout Latin America, leading marketing and business development initiatives across the software, education, and healthcare sectors. Now residing in Miami, Luke is a trilingual Marketing Director and social media influencer, recognized for his global perspective and over a decade of expertise in digital marketing, revenue generation, data analytics, and strategic leadership. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Marketing and Foreign Languages from Mississippi State University.

Christopher Salkowitz

Biography

Christopher Salkowitz is the tip of our spear that has served as the director of sales for an AI-medical equipment company that had similar product-based solutions to solve the myriads of challenges they face in today’s rapidly changing sterile processing environment. Mr. Salkowitz has over two decades of sales leadership experience in a variety of different fields and takes immense pride in developing processes to streamline business development and going above and beyond to exceed client expectations. Chris is very adept at leveraging his communication skills to build meaningful relationships with our customers. Mr. Salkowitz holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Rutgers University.

In 2025, Mr. Salkowitz was featured in both the Marquis Who’s Who in Business and The Top 100 Health and Wellness Professionals Magazine recognizing nominees for their influence, impact, and contributions towards the advancement of the medical field.

Tiffany Pugliese is the Director of Talent Strategies at Moab Healthcare. She has over a decade of experience in healthcare and HR and has been instrumental in shaping innovative workforce solutions. Her career highlights include shaping hospital staffing, revolutionizing medical software sales, and nurturing top-tier recruiters. 
Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry from Carthage College, which has enriched her profound understanding of healthcare dynamics and bolstered her practical HR acumen.
Tiffany started her HR journey with at Elkay Manufacturing and then moved on to Cross Country Healthcare, where she advanced from a Staffing Coordinator to a Program Manager. At PNR Healthcare, she excelled as a proactive Recruiting Manager, leading pivotal hiring campaigns and growing business in the Chicagoland market. Later, at Automated Business Designs, she showcased her formidable prowess in healthcare technology as a sales executive, Client Success Manager, and Systems Engineering Manager. Joining Trustaff as the Recruiting Manager of Strategic Accounts, Tiffany continued to drive impactful results and foster collaborative partnerships. Tiffany’s visionary leadership earned her the prestigious ASA Chapter Innovation Award for the Young Professionals, and she also helmed the Young Professionals Committee at the Illinois Search and Staffing Association from 2018 to 2022. At Trustaff, she continued redefining excellence as the Strategic Accounts Recruiting Manager.
Tiffany enjoys a bustling family life outside work with her husband, three children, and a rescue dog. She is an avid tennis player and delights friends and family alike with her culinary exploits in the kitchen. Deeply rooted in her faith, Tiffany finds profound fulfillment in active participation within her church community. As the Director of Talent Strategies at Moab Healthcare, Tiffany leads efforts to redefine surgical staffing, improve employee engagement, and align workforce strategies with organizational success.

Biography

Stefani has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and operations. She was born and raised in Costa Rica. Citibank transitioned Stefani to a role in Miami, FL. Following Citibank, Stefani served with several Fortune 500 companies, such as Merril Lynch BNP Paribus and Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she worked as the Director of Finance. Stefani started with Moab Healthcare in early 2018.
